A 15KM maximum speed limit within the park.
Two licensed and insured vehicles are allowed on each site for seasonal campers but must make room on your campsite to accommodate the second vehicle. No parking on the side of or on campground roads, or grass areas. The second one can park at parking lot without additional cost.
Only one registered vehicle per camp site for overnight campers. Additional parking available in parking lot with a cost of $10 for the duration of your stay.
No other type of vehicle is allowed.
Bike riding permitted on camp road only.

No bike riding after dark.
No freight trucks, CUB vans.

Quiet time is from 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. as per North Bay By-Law.
The radio and music must be turned off and voices lowered at 11:00 p.m.
Please respect the rights of others.
Any disturbance should be reported to the office.

Pets are welcome but must keep quiet, gentle to be considerate of others.
All pets entering the park must be up to date on vaccinations.
All pets must be tied, contained or leashed (no longer than 2 meters) at all times.
Pets, their excrement and any damage are the responsibility of the owner.
Pets are not to be left alone.
Clean up after your pet & dispose of litter in a plastic bag.

Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children at all times.
All children under the age of 18 must be on their own campsite at 11:00 p.m. or with their supervising adult.
No one under 18 years of age is allowed to stay in the park without supervision.

Campfires must be completely out by 11:00 p.m.
Campfires are not permitted between 10am and 7pm unless for cooking purposes only.
Campfires are to be contained in the approved fire ring and maintained as per North Bay By-Law 2015-115 & 2022-17.
Campfires must be extinguished completely before leaving campsite or going to bed.
Only local firewood to be used.
You are responsible for the safety of your family, friends, or other guests attending your campfire on your campsite.
Fireworks are not permitted in the park.

Site are rented to one family, 2 adults and their children under the age of 18.
Based on 4 persons occupancy per site, up to 2 additional persons with fees .
Only one camping unit per site, absolutely no pop-up tents allowed in addition to main camping unit.
All visitors must be registered at the office and pay fees if stay over 3 hours before going to the site. Occupant must be present on site.
Visitor parking is beside the office.
All visitors must leave the campground by 11p.m.
No visitors allowed to overnight unless approved by park management team.
Park management team reserves the right to limit the number of visitors attending.

No Lifeguard on duty.
Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
The swimming pool is open from 9a.m. to 8 p.m.
Proper bathing suits must be worn in the pool.
Not swimming alone.
No diving in pool.
No alcohol in public areas.
Sign up at the entrance.
Pool rules and Regulations are posted at the pool.
Pool use is for registered guests.
Only water in plastic containers is allowed on the pool.

Household Garbage is to be placed in plastic bags and deposited in the dumpster provided on Marina Drive.
Recycling is encouraged.
All other garbage must be disposed of in the municipal landfill.

All cancellations must be administered via email with a confirmation response from staff.
During the season from (May-Oct) Cancellations can also be made in person or verbally over the phone at office opening hours.
100% refund until 30 days prior to check-in. 50% percent refund 14 days prior, then 13 days prior the reservation is no longer refundable.

Alcohol, Marijuana and Cigarette smoking must be kept on your campsite by Provincial Law and Park Rule.
Illegal activities of any kind will result in park eviction and/or appropriate police action.
Generators are not permitted at any time.

I have read the Campground Rules and Regulations. I acknowledge and agree to abide by them. I understand that Fairview Park Camping and Marina, it’s shareholders, family members, management and employees do not accept liability for any damages, theft, death or injury of any kind resulting from the use of the grounds and facilities of the park and Marina, nor do they accept responsibility for damages or loss of personal property brought into the park.
