We have great fishing：
you may directly fish from the docks and catch fish such as perch, bass, pickerel and more! 2Km away from Lake Nipissing in North bay, which promises good fishing as well.
It has approximately 775 feet of river frontage, including a beautiful inlet that flows into the property off the main river.
